We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to delete your data from the MMAPI Chat platform, you have several options:
Log into your MMAPI Chat account, go to Settings → General, and click "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data, including connected pages, contacts, conversations, automations, and campaign history. This action cannot be undone.
If you only want to remove data related to a specific Facebook Page, go to Settings → Channels → Messenger and disconnect the page. This will remove all Messenger conversation data, subscriber data, and automation data associated with that page.
Send an email to tyler@localgrowthlabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your MMAPI Chat account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
If you are a Facebook user who has interacted with a business using our platform and would like your conversation data deleted, please contact the business directly or email us at tyler@localgrowthlabs.com with your Facebook profile name and the business Page you interacted with. We will coordinate with the business to delete your data.
When a deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in encrypted backups before being permanently purged. Data required for legal compliance (e.g., transaction records) may be retained as required by law.
Our platform supports Facebook's Data Deletion Request callback. When a user removes our app from their Facebook settings, we automatically receive a deletion request from Facebook and process it within 30 days. A confirmation code is provided for tracking.
